(Mom and Me)
I was inspired by Shrimp and Glitz to take the 30 day blog challenge- because well, I'm slack when it comes to posting updates. I give it to you ladies who can post every single day- it is HARD! I have no idea what to post for 30 days which scares me and tickles me at the same time.
Day 1: Who Am I
I am a daughter, a sister, a grandchild, a wife, a mother, a friend, a child of God.
"I am not what I ought to be. I am not what I want to be. I am not what I hope to be. But still, I am not what I used to be. And by the grace of God, I am what I am." - John Newton
I love that last part, I am what I am.
I am love.
I am loved.
I am disorganized.
I am always late.
I am a sinner.
I am saved.
I am patient.
I am a prayer warrior.
I am an awful cook.
I am not burdened by the small stuff.
I am peace.
I am faithful.
I am a work in progress.
I am not a planner.
I am what I am.
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
